I es va donar al cas que el seu director, ja gran, es va jubilar i per aix\u00f2 em demanaren si volia assumir les responsabilitats de director, cosa que vaig acceptar ben gustosament.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Va ser una labor molt interessant com a director i vaig aconseguir, amb el desig de millorar la coral, que les dones entressin a formar-ne part com a cantaires. I aix\u00ed amb la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 de tots vam aconseguir una millora en el repertori i en les interpretacions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Amb aquest desig vaig demanar al apreciat cantaire i poeta Ramon Noguer una lletra per musicar referent al poble de Les Planes, i d\u2019aquesta lletra va sorgir la sardana en q\u00fcesti\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Primer va ser una sardana coral i el 8 d\u2019abril, en el concert de la Festa dels Vells va tenir lloc la seva estrena.
